This may include problems like long wait times, medical anxiety, discomfort with the services needed, or the potential of being served by rude office staff. What potential problems could a customer experience with another business in your industry? It may be helpful to think about what business practices you AVOID!

2. Unrealistic – Now, what unrealistic fears might someone have about visiting the dentist? Maybe the receptionist tells you a scary story, the dentist is a mad scientist, and the drills they use are as big as baseball bats! Paint an unrealistic nightmare for your audience for the fun of it! Some Halloween decor in your office might be a fun thing to tie in here.

Next, demonstrate how you’ll quell their fears! This might be super easy with the unrealistic nightmares. But, you can also easily show how your business does things differently, especially compared to your competitors. What makes your business unique? How do you comfort or educate worried clients? This is your time to shine, turning the nightmares you suggested into a feeling of comfort for your audience.
