Instead, let’s talk about how we can focus on lifting each other up. We’re coming together to grow, so that means we’ll be learning about different topics as well as from one another. This includes sharing your expertise, giving each other tips, and sharing our experiences.

This also includes building real relationships. We’re not here to just network– we’re here to create a community that cares about one another. In a community based on friendship, trust, and understanding, you can rely on others to be your supporters.

How will we accomplish this?

Well, we can not only like, share, and comment on each other’s business pages, but we can share genuine referrals. When you take the time to truly get to know and understand someone, referring them becomes a natural and easy process.

Let’s keep the atmosphere positive! It’s important to be considerate of each other and keep bullying, gossip, and confrontations out of our community. If there is an issue happening, please bring it up so that it can be dissolved, and please keep in mind that not all topics of conversation or jokes will be accepted the same by each member. Everyone deserves to feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease within this group.

What we DON’T want to see here is a focus on selling! This may include pricing, pitching, or even popping into someone’s DMs to try to sell to them directly. When you’re meeting someone and interacting with this group, focus on building relationships.
