They’re a great group to focus your marketing on, because they’ve already committed to your business once– so convincing them to come back ideally isn’t as difficult. Best case scenario, what can you work do for your client? Your answer might be having a client declared not guilty in court, if you’re a defense lawyer. If this answer isn’t clear-cut, you may need to get creative. Maybe a florist can play the biggest role in making a wedding day vision come to life. A tax expert can make sure their client gets the biggest refund possible so that they can invest in a big purchase. A car salesman can help you find the right car to take you on that bucket list roadtrip. Try to give them idea for a better future!

3. Share client reviews.

Reviews help people envision having a good experience with your business. There might be no better example of this than with some of your business’ best reviews! Share them, but also take some time to share the story from your perspective. Maybe, as a lawyer, you had to work overtime to find certain details to prove your client’s innocence. Maybe, as a florist, you had to arrive at the venue at 4am to get the job done. This demonstrates your hard work and a human perspective!
