I wanted to reach out to you today to assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely with a focus on its impact on our clients, team, and community. We know that your business depends on the website and marketing support. I wanted to assure you that i3 Media Solutions is here to support you through this time and as the situation evolves. 

To continue to serve you, please keep in mind;

               – Our team is experienced in working remotely. While we have had an office since 2002, we know that times are changing and working remote is becoming a way of life. Our team has had the flexibility since 2015 to work remote as necessary. Each team member has the equipment and software available to connect with you virtually through video chat, emails, and phone calls.

               – Our phones and emails are fully-functioning. Please continue using our office number (520-505-8921) to be routed to our team as usual.

               – We honor core hours, which means that we are here for you from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday for normal business needs, as well as nights and weekends for emergency service as needed.

               – We will transition our in-person meetings and visits to virtual methods. Your client services manager will reach out with the goal of making these virtual meetings as easy as clicking a link in an email.

We are here for you and will continue to keep you updated. Marketing and communication is the lifeblood of a business and an even bigger deal in times of challenge. We want to help you navigate this, as there are strategies that every business should be paying attention to right now. We take our relationship with you and your business very seriously. Our team is choosing to focus on abundance and positivity. We’re here to help you do the same and support you in every way possible.
